What Is Spinal Flow?

Spinal Flow is a gentle hands on technique that helps release blockages in the spine so the body can return to its natural state of balance and ease. When your spine and nervous system are flowing freely, you may notice less stress, better sleep, improved focus, and an overall sense of calm and wellbeing.

Spinal Flow FAQ's

After-Care Information

Spinal Flow is founded on finding areas of ease and using these places to retrain the nervous system to look and find more areas of ease. There may be times where you may feel more pain and tension than you originally had or different pains and aches that you have never had before. This is very normal and part of the healing process.

It is recommended to drink water and take a 10 minute walk after a Spinal Flow session.

Taking time to journal, reflect and feel what has been stored in your body helps with the healing process. Thank you for trusting me during this process. If you have any questions or concerns, let me know.
