Initial Intake & Intention Setting
Up to 45 minutes
During your first Reiki session, we’ll discuss your wellness goals, energy sensitivities, and comfort preferences. You’ll learn what to expect during Reiki energy healing, and we’ll set an intention to guide your session and support your energetic balance.
Reassessment & Reflection Session
Up to 15 minutes
After a series of Reiki sessions, we’ll take time to reflect on your healing journey. You’ll have the opportunity to share any emotional, physical, or energetic shifts you’ve experienced. Together, we’ll discuss how to continue nurturing your alignment and wellbeing through Reiki.

After-Care Information
After your Reiki session, your body and energy field continue to integrate and balance the healing you received. Everyone’s experience is different — you may feel deeply relaxed, emotional, light, or energized. All responses are normal and part of your natural healing process.

To support your body after Reiki:

Drink plenty of water to help your body release and rebalance energy.

Rest or move gently as your system continues to process the session.

Spend quiet time in nature, journaling, or simply being still to notice any insights or shifts.

Eat nourishing foods to stay grounded.

Avoid alcohol, heavy meals, or overstimulation (like screens or loud environments) for the rest of the day if possible.
