Sound Bath FAQ's
After-Care Information
Sound Bath sessions are founded on helping your body and mind find balance and harmony. During a session, vibrations and tones may release tension, emotions, or energy that has been held in your body. It is common to notice shifts in emotions, physical sensations, or energy. Sometimes you may feel more sensitive or notice feelings and sensations you had not experienced before. This is a natural part of the healing and integration process.

It is recommended to drink water and allow yourself a few minutes of gentle movement such as a short walk or light stretching after a Sound Bath.

Taking time to journal, reflect, or simply rest helps you integrate the experience and honor what has been released or shifted. Listening to your body and giving it space to process is an important part of the healing.

Thank you for trusting the process. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out. I am happy to support you on your journey.
