Cancellation Policy
At Tender Heart Wellness, we value your time and ours. Online appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If you need an appointment within the next 24 hours, please call Denise at 704-783-6542 to check availability and schedule your appointment. To ensure we can best serve all of our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged a $50 fee. Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fee must be paid before booking future appointments. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. If such a situation arises, please reach out to us directly, and we will do our best to work with you.
